Infertility:

causes, symptoms,
risks and means of fighting

Gynaecologist Imani Zuma with 20 years of experience
speaks about female infertility.

– Dr.Zuma, can you tell us what is infertility?

– In general, infertility is defined as not being able to get pregnant (conceive) after one year (or longer) of unprotected sex. Because fertility in women is known to decline steadily with age, some providers evaluate and treat women aged 35 years or older after 6 months of unprotected sex.

Women with infertility should consider making an appointment with a reproductive endocrinologist—a doctor who specializes in managing infertility. Reproductive endocrinologists may also be able to help women with recurrent pregnancy loss, defined as having two or more spontaneous miscarriages.

– What reasons are there behind infertility?

– Ovulation disorders, which affect the release of eggs from the ovaries.

Hyperprolactinemia, a condition in which you have too much prolactin — the hormone that stimulates breast milk production — also may interfere with ovulation.

  • Uterine or cervical abnormalities, including abnormalities with the cervix, polyps in the uterus or the shape of the uterus.
  • Endometriosis, which occurs when endometrial tissue grows outside of the uterus, may affect the function of the ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes.
  • Primary ovarian insufficiency (early menopause), when the ovaries stop working and menstruation ends before age 40.
  • But the most common reason is a bad lifestyle of young women nowadays. They work a lot, stress all the time, smoke and drink alcohol. All of this can lead to infertility but unfortunately, not all the girls think of it. They have to take care of themselves to prevent disease development.

– Is there anything that increases risks in female infertility?

– Of course. They are smoking, drinking alcohol, like I’ve said above, women who are overweight, obese or underweight, extreme weight gain or loss and excessive physical or emotional stress that results in amenorrhea (absent periods).

– So, irregular periods can lead to infertility too?

– Irregular menstrual cycles don't always affect fertility. In fact, plenty of women with irregular menstrual cycles get pregnant and go on to have normal pregnancies. IMC just may make it harder for you to get pregnant.

– What symptoms point to infertility?

– The main symptom of infertility is not getting pregnant. There may be no other obvious symptoms. Sometimes, women with infertility may have irregular or absent menstrual periods.

– Is this disease a common problem?

– Around 1 in 7 couples may have difficulty conceiving.

About 84% of couples will conceive naturally within a year if they have regular unprotected sex (every 2 or 3 days).

For couples who have been trying to conceive for more than 3 years without success, the likelihood of getting pregnant naturally within the next year is 1 in 4, or less.

– Then what methods are there to fight infertility?

– Medical treatment for lack of regular ovulation, surgical procedures such as treatment for endometriosis, repair of the fallopian tubes, assisted conception such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) or IVF.

But these remedies are too strong. At first, I recommend all of my patients Fertility Forte. These capsules stabilise hormonal cycle, give all the needed vitamins and minerals, and help prepare the uterus and internal organs for successful pregnancy and gestation.

A lot of couples are being diagnosed with infertility pretty often even though it is not always like that. They are told to do IVF and despair. In this case you should try taking Fertility Forte. Sometimes diagnoses are wrong but lots of families are being ruined.

9 out of 10 women in my practice succeed in getting pregnant after taking

Fertility Forte.

– Thank you so much, Dr.Zuma. We hope our readers will be attentive to their health.

– I hope that too!

I’ve been taking Fertility Forte for 3 months due to my inability to get pregnant. My gynecologist recommended me to try these capsules and it was the best decision. My mood stabilized, hormones normalized and according to my blood test results I am completely ready to have a baby. Remember, you are not alone! Believe in the best and you will definitely get what you want!

I heard about this product from my sister. She succeeded in getting pregnant thanks to these capsules. She was trying to have a baby for a long time but nothing was helping. Her and her husband even wanted to do IVF but the doctor told them to try Fertility Forte first. Now they have a beautiful daughter and I’ve never seen them happier!

Wow, I didn’t even know there were so many risks that increased infertility. I’m still young but I think I should stop smoking and drinking alcohol now to prevent development of this disease in future.

These capsules helped us conceive two of our three babies. My wife and I have been trying to have a baby for a long time after our first one grew up. We couldn’t understand what was the problem and the doctor said my wife had secondary infertility. We were shocked but decided to try everything to get pregnant. After taking many treatments we found out about Fertility Forte and it was the only one thing that really helped us. My wife managed to get pregnant after 4 months of taking these capsules and it was a miracle! -
